HeinOnline is a full-text legal database that provides access to a wide range of legal documents: academic journals, legal acts, international treaties, court decisions, government document archives and other sources of legal information.
It is used for research in law, political science and history.
The University Scientific Library has received test access until 27 August 2025.
The platform can be accessed at https://heinonline.org/HOL/Welcome from any computer in the local network of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv: in the computerised reading room of the M. Maksymovych Scientific Library (room 27) and in all buildings of the University’s structural subdivisions.
