‘The creation of a digital archive of Ukrainian studies’

A meeting and discussion on the stages of implementing the research project named after M. Maksymovych, with the participation of the Rector of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Volodymyr Bugrov, a meeting and discussion took place regarding the stages of implementation of the research project ‘Creation of a Digital Archive of Ukrainian Studies’ (State Registration No. 0126U002692).
 
Experts from the Scientific Library and the Research Institute of Ukrainian Studies at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv are collaborating on this project, a key part of which involves the digitisation and open-access publication of Nestor Makhno’s ‘Paris Archive’.

The event was attended by: the Director of the National Library, Professor Marina Zhenchenko; the Director of the Research Institute of Ukrainian Studies, Professor Roman  Dodonov; Head of the Department of the History of Philosophy at the Faculty of Philosophy, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Associate Professor Taras Kononenko; a representative of the Kharlamov family, who live in Ukraine, Lyudmila Chuchko; Chairman of the NGO Huliaipole Antiquities, member of the Yakov Novitsky Zaporizhzhia Scientific Society Serhii Zvilinskyi; staff members of the Ukrainian Institute of National Remembrance, Candidates of Historical Sciences Vitalii Baka and Ivan Stychynskyi.
