Register Online
Complete the online registration form. To receive your library card, visit one of the Library’s registration points:

- 2-A Akademika Hlushkova Avenue, Room 217, Tel.: +380 44 521-32-57 (primarily for the natural sciences).
Attach your payment receipt for the electronic registration service in the Google registration form or send it by email to: mbalibr@gmail.com
Register In Person
Visit one of the Library’s registration points and complete the registration form with the assistance of a Library staff member.
The annual library fee for external users is 130 UAH.
A single-day visit to a reading room is also available at a cost of 54 UAH.

- Select Payments.
- Choose Education and Kindergartens.
- Select Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
- Choose Utility Services.
- Select Service Name.
- Choose For the Operational Activities of the M. Maksymovych Library.
- In the Payment Purpose field, enter: your full name, followed by for the operational activities of the M. Maksymovych Library, payment for access to the Library collections for external users.
- Enter the payment amount (XXX UAH).
- Confirm the payment.
